Pier 3 Condominium, a premier waterfront property, is a unique Philadelphia living experience.  Located on the Delaware River, near the Ben Franklin Bridge, Pier 3 is very close to Old City and Philadelphia's historic treasures. 

Built as a working City pier in the 1920s, Pier 3 was converted to 172 apartments with interior covered parking in 1984. It was reorganized as a condominium in 1994 and quickly became one of the most popular residential properties in Philadelphia.

Pier 3 is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.  The location, however, is the reason most residents first consider moving to Pier 3.  Most units have balconies with river or atrium views, and common areas on the east and south sides encourage residents to relax and enjoy the view.
